Computer Screen all fuzzy and staticy

Hey everyone,

I went to turn on my computer and right when I turn my monitor on the whole screen is rainbow colored static. I cant get into anything at all.

I tried a new monitor and it had the same problem.

Does this mean my graphics card is fried?

Could be, it sounds like the monitors are getting a garbled signal from the GPU.
-- Verify that your PSU's power connectors (1 or 2) are properly connected to the GPU, and
-- Verify that the monitor cable to the GPU is properly connected.
-- If the GPU has more than one connection jack for the monitor, did you try each of them?
