yet another issue with my system, arrrgggghh

ok so my 7 year old system was randomly shutting down. assumed it was old parts, wear and tear.
i have now upgraded and i have the same issues!!

NZXT Switch 810 ≥ kept the same case
windows 7 pro 64-bit ≥ windows 10 pro
i5-3570K ≥ ryzen 5 3600
Asus P8Z77-V LX ≥ msi b450 tomahawk max
Corsair 8GB vengeance ≥ patriot viper 2 x 8gb
Corsair TX750 V2 750w psu ≥ corsair rm 750
GIGABYTE GTX 1060 6gb
≥ kept this
Corsair H100 ≥ stock cooler with the cpu
Agility 3 120GB SSD ≥ wd sn750 NVMe
Various sata HHD’s

I havnt changed the case or the GPU. What issues could these be causing?

New to windows 10 but I think there are logs I can check as to why it has shut down?

Seems odd that all these new parts and same issue. I don’t know a lot about gpu’s. but it was bought from ebay second hand and wonder if this is my issue? And how I can check as the mobo has no on board and I don’t have a spare.
i have literally just turned in on and installed all my old stuff. maybe drivers? as i havnt got that far.
just odd that its the same issue. feeling frustrated!

Thanks again in advance. and anything i have missed please just ask.
