Computer skips bios (Black Screen) then goes straight to windows loading bar th

Hello,
as above, pentium 4 windoiws xp black screen on startup cannot see bios menu or get to safe mode. any ideas?

You should be able to to get to the SAFE menu by pressing the F8 key as soon as the computer powers-on - keep pressing it.
Getting into the BIOS varies by manufacturer, at power-on, immediately: possibilities:
-- Press the DEL key, or
-- Press the F1 key, or
-- Press the F2 key.
Once you get to the BIOS, there should be a selection for "display the Splash Screen," or something worded similarly. You can choose whichever you like.
