Question Computer started randomly freezing or being slow

My computer has started for a month, freezing randomly, giving BSODs at times and being very slow. I have done checks for both my HDD and RAM and they showed up fine. I have to mention that freezing has stopped a few days ago but the system feels slower nonetheless, although I can still play games. Another issues might be the fact that the computer boots slower and every time I open task manager (http://prntscr.com/nqhxun ) it looks like that, and takes a second or two to display all the icons and names. Any ideas what might be the cause of this?

I have previously installed the windows a couple of times, but I'll try it out as well.,
