Question computer turn off while playing heavy games

my computer turn off by its self while playing heavy games like gta 5 and i have to re switch my psu to power it back and but if i watch youtube nothing happens then i play gta 5 again and my computer turn off again

ps i have a 4 pin cpu that i plug in my cha fan and this thing spin like hell it sounds like a vacuum is this the culprit that my computer turn off?

NO, it is not fine. Is this your exact PSU model ? Looks like like some local generic to me, poor quality build that is. That seems like a local PSU brand. Are you from Korea ? Even though this power unit worked fine before on your DDR2 PC, I won't advice you to use this PSU. But, it's going to be your decision in the end..

im using it right now playing gta 5 on max settings on my ddr2 pc nothing happens at all why is that?

ram 8gb ddr3 i put my ram here
