Does it only do this after you shut off the power to the PSU via the switch on the back of the PSU or from a power strip?

Does it do this if you go through Windows and say "Shut Down", then wait for Windows to shut down and then use the power button on the case to turn the PC back on?

Ok. That's why it's doing it. Why are you doing this?

That's not a PSU problem. That's a user problem. The motherboard isn't engineered to do this. The PSU provides standby power to the motherboard to keep it "live", keeping the BIOS settings and allowing it to respond to standby functions. ATX computers are not meant to be "unplugged" every day.

I have attached a ups to my computer i switch off the ups every night am i doing wrong is it because of that iam switching off the power every night

I didn't ask HOW you are doing this. I asked WHY are you doing this?

ATX power supplies are "always on" supplying +5VSB to the motherboard at all times. When you kill the power to the PSU, you kill the +5VSB lead.

Why are you doing this?

How can i clear bios it is upto date

So I'm guessing you didn't build this thing, right? I mean, instead of disabling the lighting, you're essentially unplugging the PC and you don't know how to clear the BIOS?

Did whoever built it for you at least leave you with the manual?

In the BIOS, press <F4> and that will take you to the AURA menu. By default, the Aura lighting is "on". You can switch it to "off" and then you can stop switching your PC off every night.

The clear CMOS jumper on your board is labeled "CLRTC".

The newest BIOS for your board is 5204 and it was released only 7 days ago (7/31/2019). That's the version you have?
