Question Computer turning on and then turning off after about 30 seconds.

There was a storm, and after a lightning strike I heard a loud pop sound, now my computer does the above. Ive tried switching cables, different outlets, etc. I managed to actually see my desktop so its not completely bricked, but I don't know if its strictly a power supply issue or a short on the motherboard (part of why i put it here)


So does anybody know what this could be or how I can find out?

I'd start by testing different power supply. It was the first one to meet the strike, right?
