So, when I start my PC all of the lights turn on and fans work. But nothing is displayed on my monitor.

What I have tried:

  1. New HDMI cable
  2. Made sure monitor worked
  3. Removing everything and putting it all back together
  4. New power supply
  5. New motherboard

Specs:
MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB Graphics Card
Intel Coffee lake Core I5 8400 Processor 8th Gen BX80684I58400
ASUS ROG Strix B360-G Gaming Micro ATX Motherboard Coffee lake
Ballistix Sport 16GB DDR4 RAM 2666
EVGA 650 BQ 80+ BRONZE Power Supply

I have yet to have any luck. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Is your monitor plugged into your GPU?
If it is, try plugging it in into your mobo, since your CPU has onboard graphics.

Try booting with only one stick of ram.
Also, you CPU power connector could be in the wrong orientation.
Okay so I've noticed one thing, and that's if I power it on now, sometimes it will not turn off when I hold the power button, but only when I shut the power supply off, or pull the plug. I booted with one stick of ram, still no luck, and checked the CPU cable. Should I try booting up without the GPU?
