Question Computer underperforming please help

I have an i-5 7600k @3.8 GHz , 16 GB 2400 ddr4 ram, and an EVGA gtx 1060 6GB GPU with an SSD and windows installed on a hard drive. Ever since assembling my pc, I have experienced constant crashes, slow loading times, and much more. I've updated my windows, updated every driver possible, deleted space in my drives, among many other things, my friends have objectively told me there is something wrong with my PC but I cannot figure out what it is, please help me.

Make and model of your motherboard? Can you get into BIOS and remain there indefinitely? While there, check to see what BIOS version you're on at the time of writing. Make and model of the PSU and it's age? What version of Windows 10 are you working with?

My motherboard is an ASUS prime h270-pro, The PSU is Corsair CX650M, and my Windows 10 is the latest version. I haven't accessed my bios in a while for some reason but I don't know how to update the BIOS
