Question Computer will not POST, and it’s fans won’t even stay on, help.

Hello, I’m a first time builder and I’ve had an issue. The CPU led flashes red, DRAM led flashes
orange, and then the CPU led flashes again. And then, the fans turn off but the motherboard light stays on and a green light indicates that it’s on. But it won’t post. Please help. I spent so much on it and I want to make sure its worth it.
Intel Core I7 9700k
Asus Prime Z390-A
Evga Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060
SeaGate Barracuda 7200rpm 3tb HDD
Rosewill Spectra D100
Tp link network adapter
Evga 600br psu
i can link a video of it trying to boot if requested

take out the gpu and test with just the igpu?

solved! either the psu is dead or something was shorting out the mobo but yay!!!

How about reposting and telling us what you did to solve the problem. Might help someone else with a similar prob.
