My PC will not boot, I had the system on a out two days ago and when I came back and moved the mouse, it did not exit sleep. So I turned it off and on again, as this happens often. This did not work. I checked all of the cables were tight and tried again, still nothing. I had this problem about two years ago. There was a problem with the BIOS and I had to install a new one, so just before I tried it, I tried to turn the system on and now the computer will not turn on at all, where as before it would light up and the fans would spin. So I took it apart and reassembled it and it still does not turn on. I have checked the thread on here of why PC's do not boot and followed all the steps and have not had any luck. My components are:
Asus Maximus Hero VI
GTX 770, SLI
Intel core 15 4790k
Corsair budget RAM
XFX 850w black edition
2 SSDs
2 HDD
Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Try and run just the cpu and 1 stick of memory as it's the bare minimum.

You can also try resetting the CMOS either by taking out the battery or maybe there is a button(?). Unplug the power first before doing this as you'll want to be sure the system has no stored power in it's caps.
