New built computer where I installed the GPU last. With GPU installed there is no video output from either the GPU hdmi and the mobo hdmi. Removing the GPU leads to a normal post with correct video output but the same pattern of EZ debug flashes. Was wondering if I should coninue without the graphics card and try to fix it at a later date by updating bios or something. Or if I should just troubleshoot now, and if so what steps should i take?
Specs

MSI B450 Tomohawk max
Athlon 200ge,
AMD RX 580 8GB GPU
2x 4gb 2400 MHZ ram Corsair,
Aerocool Integrator 500W PSU

Solution
Test with a known good psu to verify that the psu is your problem.

My reading of the psu specs shows only one pcie 6+2 connector.
A normal RX580 card needs that plus an extra 6 pin.
Adding that via a molex adapter is not recommended.
If the psu had that capability, the extra power lead would have been included.
Worse, if you can get it to work, the psu can fail under load and damage all of your other parts.

Buy a quality replacement.
