Computer wont power on? Bad CPU

Ok so I have a computer (specs below) that has been running fine 24/7 since 5/08. Now it wont power on. Figured it was a bad PSU, swapped for a new Enermax 400W. The status light would flash quickly, power supply would tick quickly and it wont power on. So I figured bad Mobo, rather than wait for the RMA I picked up a refurb from newegg.
Same thing, old PSU give me nothing and the new one give the ticking sound. I remove the board from the case incase it was a shot, same problem. Removed EVERYTHING except the CPU, I wont get a full boot but i should at least get a power on. Still nothing, just the ticking problem.

Bad CPU? Something else I am overlooking

I would say it's far more likely that your OCZ RAM has failed than your CPU. CPUs VERY rarely go bad. RAM on the other hand... Have you tried booting with each stick of RAM by itself (step #6 in the checklist)?

Also I pulled the RAM entirely, the computer should at least turn on and give a RAM error, it simply will not ever power on.
