[SOLVED] Computer won't turn on

I am building a new pc and when I plug all my parts in for testing nothing turns on. Literally nothing happens. No fans spin, no lights, just nothing. I tested my power supply with a paper clip and its works fine because the fan spins. I also have sent back my motherboard for this fresh new one. I seriously have zero idea what is going on.
Intel - 9600k
Motherboard - MSI MPG z390
GPU - GTX 1070
PSU - Thermaltake 500W
