Hello,
I put together a brand new computer for the first time last year, and ever since I got this computer, around one in every four times I turn on the computer, and every time i wake it up from sleep mode, the keyboard and mouse intermittently disconnect and reconnect, before eventually bluescreening. rebooting the computer sometimes fixes the issue, though sometimes not. I read online that turning off the computer and touching JBAT1 would fix it and it does, but only momentarily before the issue eventually returns. I have the dump files and have had them analyzed by whocrashed and it states.

Bug check description:The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. This could be caused by either a non-responding driver or non-responding hardware. This bug check can also occur because of overheated CPUs (thermal issue).

In the past I have also had SYSTEM_THREAD_EVENT_NOT_HANDLED, among others
Looking at the temperature of my computer and considering this happens when I turn it on, not even necessarily when it is in use, I think it is likely a hardware issue, but I am not knowledgeable enough on it to figure out what it is. I have updated all my drivers to the best of my knowledge. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am tired of having to deal with it.

Looking at some other logs before some of the bluescreens occur, here is the info pasted:
RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly.
Miniport RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz, {7a948e70-290d-433d-bdcb-2dcd2c0f1d31}, had event Fatal error: The miniport has detected an internal error.

I suspect it may be an issue with the motherboard, but I am not sure whether it is something fixable, or whether I will have to try and send it to get fixed even though I bought it brand new with these issues. My motherboard is the PRO b650-S WIFI, my GPU is AMD Ryzen 5 8500G and my installed RAM is 32GB.
I am happy to provide any crash files that could give clues to what the source of this is and how to fix, Thanks so much in advance!

around one in every four times I turn on the computer, and every time i return from it after it goes into sleep mode, the keyboard and mouse intermittently disconnect and reconnect,
One of the first things I do after installing Windows is to disable all the "power saving" options, so disk drives don't go to sleep after 20 minutes and the display monitor screen stays on all the time.

I disable 'USB selective suspend setting" - see option 3 in the link below:
https://www.minitool.com/news/usb-devices-not-working-after-sleep.html

Next, I dive into 'Control Panel, 'Device Manager", 'Universal Serial Bus Controller' and check every instance of 'USB Root Hub', click the 'Power Management' tab and disable 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'. Check all the other USB entries in case they allow power management.

I perform this task on Ethernet and WiFi chipsets too, so they don't power down when not in use. You don't know if they'll power back up again properly.

I know it's not green and I'm wasting power, but I prefer a stable system.

These settings might fix the problem when the computer is running normally, but I cannot guarantee they'll work when the PC returns from Sleep. Windows is notorious for messing things up when returning from Sleep.

I never use Sleep or Hibernate on a desktop PC, despite paying the equivalent of US $0.35 per kilowatt hour.

If you can't find a cure, stop using Sleep.
