Can I use thermal Grizzly Conductonaut past on a aio and what aio sould I use with it l. For a overclocked i5 8600k to 5.1 GHz

Sure you can. Although to really get full benefit you'll want to delid the CPU and apply conductonaut between the CPU and lid.

As for the exterior lid to heatsink. You'll want one which is nickel plated copper. Conductonaut does not go well with plain copper.

Typically one would use Conductonaut from the CPU to CPU lid. Then Kryonaut for the lid to heatsink.
