I have to always config the clocks of the memories i own? because i have a ddr2 module which is suppose to come at 800mhz but was at 667mhz and i wonder if this is always this way and why is this? :??:

Solution
No, not according to the manual I'm looking at. Some MOBO's like Gigabyte offer per Channel CAS Timings so in those cases I recommend using their 'Quick' settings. What you set will affect all of the DIMM slots (RAM); one setting.

If you have different sets then that needs to be addressed now, and I'll look and have to use the worst of each set/stick of RAM. I assume ALL the RAM is 100% the same - "2gb ddr2 800 unknown brand"
no i don´t mixing i just asking because i config the clocks of mine to its maximum and my girlfriend netbook presents the same, the memories came at 1066 mhz despite it was suppose to be at 1333 mhz.

my specs are:
athlon 2 x3 440
2gb ddr2 800 unknown brand
asrock n68-s ucc am2+
hd 5670 512mb
ocz modxtream pro 500w

Assuming you meant the N68C-S UCC:

BIOS:

Memory Clock -> 400MHz DDR2_800
DRAM Voltage -> per Rated ; see 'SPD' CPU-z
CAS Latency (CL) -> per Rated ; see 'SPD' CPU-z
TRCD -> per Rated ; see 'SPD' CPU-z
TRP -> per Rated ; see 'SPD' CPU-z
TRAS -> per Rated ; see 'SPD' CPU-z

Save & Exit = Yes

CPU-z 'SPD' tab -> http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

I really apologize, my english is not very good, you are misunderstanding what i´m asking. im asking if in every ram module, i have to tweak the frequency and latencies to put it in the way it really goes and if this is like that why?
