Question Confused about computers underperformance?

I have recently upgraded my pc with new parts, I just put together a new rig with an 17-14700k, 48gb of ddr5 RAM, and a 3070. I upgraded from a 97-9700k and 32 GB of ddr4 ram. I ran a benchmark on my PC after I finished building it, and I'm confused as to why the results for the PC status say my PC is performing below expectations for similar rigs. I was wondering what could be the cause of this happening; everything else on the test was rated outstanding but not the pc status. I'll link the Userbenchmark test results at the bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You aren't running the XMP profile for your memory. Which itself is on the slower side. Seems to be a common feature of the 48GB kits.

I would say the CPU looks fine, just a little slower than the others that have been tested. They will have faster memory 6000+ and/or resorted to overclocking.

I also take it you did a drive swap rather than a fresh install? That can also cause problems.
