I have no idea what category this should go in :S

I have a TV with Red/Yellow/White & Green/Blue/Red input ports...

Is it possible for it to be a monitor for my computer? Its only use would be watching Movies/TV shows on it.

My GPU is a GTX 570, with a Mini HDMI and 2 DVI ports.

Price shouldnt be an issue... unless its crazy expensive (over $200, in which case i'ld buy a new TV)

Short answer: no.

The G/B/R inputs are called component video, which was the first high quality connection between DVD players and TVs. Few video cards support it. All new HD TVs support HDMI, so you might consider taking advantage of the holiday sales and get a new TV.
