constant 5 fps with new gaming laptop

So I have a big problem. I got my new gaming laptop i5-3800h , gtx 1050 4 gb, 8 ram.At first i downloaded league of legends and the fps is around 5. what to do??? tried literally everything, from lowering in game settings but it is no difference , changed from low to ultra high and its the same 5 fps. Tried to play it up with nvidia control panel system, but it doesnt work.SOS HELP???

I read the entire thread. Bad FPS with laptop usually means disabled GPU but
changed from low to ultra high and its the same 5 fps
it is 100 percent on disk
While gaming, open Task Manager > Processes > click on Disk. What process is using the most and how much is it using?
What is the disk usage when you're not gaming?

Also, download Unigine Valley and run it on Extreme HD. Benchmark and post the score.

Since your laptop is new, it could be windows, game, or some software updating. Lots of people have had this problem.

Downloaded it, and when i went to task manager i saw that it is eating all cpu( 100 percent), i got only 1 fps :) tell me what should i do...
