No, you read the article on their own site. It's the commenting function that has moved to FB because the publishers don't want to have the responsibility to handle moderation of any comments.

No, we have a "closed" group for the colleagues.

... which is the reason for just about everybody.
To me it seems like "only" some 90% of everybody (excluding kids <10yo) has smartphones used that way. (I'm one of those deviating 10% myself.)

I'm not arguing that the (near) total reliance on FB is a good thing, just that it's my reality and something to be considered.

I agree to 50%:
Not give the US government more power (in terms of data surveillance and collection), yes!
But more regulations are needed to prevent anybody from having such powers. To me it's no better if individual private companies are given this type of power.
