Some of the icons in Control Panel do not respond when "clicked" (eg Internet
Options). I think this follows an earlier virus / trojan horse. I have tried
to access through Explorer which initially seemed to work but now no longer
responds. The Icons are not missing or "greyed out". Can anybody help please?

Do any of these work?

Start | Run | Type: inetcpl.cpl | OK

Right click the Internet Explorer icon | Properties

Open IE | Tools | Internet Options

Hope this helps. Let us know.
