Question Convert an external HDD in to internal HDD through SATA and fail to work

My pc works just fine and I want to add old external HDD in to my PC. It didn't work at all even in BIOS didn't detect any new drive plug in. So I try putting it back to External and it work perfectly fine!?! All SATA cable is new and is working just fine, all SATA slot is useable ( tried with the working C drive in every SATA slot and cable) so it has to be the setting somewhere right? What's wrong with my PC?

CPU:Intel Core i7-4790k
GVA:Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
Ram: DDR3 G Skill F3-2400C10-8GTX (x2)
MB: Gigabyte H81M-DS2
C drive: Gamer 120MG100-A1

And this is the drive that I want to add in to it
Kingston SH103S3/120G

Additional I've got 6 other HDDs(all 7-11 years old) and non of them work on this pc. But did work on my other pc tho. So it should be the same problem as the Kingston??
