Hi.. Could someone suggest me a case and cooler for a new i7-8700/RTX 2070 build?

I'm not a fan of RGB lightings. All i need is a decent looking case which allows my components to breathe better. Is a Cooler Master MB511/ Corsair Spec-06 a good choice? Will they be able to give a better air flow?

Can a hyper 212 turbo maintain the 8700 under reasonable temp?

Below are the system specs.

CPU: I7-8700 non k
Graphics: zotac RTX 2070 mini
MOBO: asus prime z370-a (The reason for choosing the z series over Bxxx/Hxxx is that i am planning to add another GPU in non sli for machine learning. Not now, Might be after an year or two)
Memory: G.skill trident z rgb 16gb (2x8) 3000Mhz
Storage: Samsung 860 evo 500gb ssd m.2
PSU: Corsair TX650M
Monitor: Samsung 24 inch 1080p 144Hz curved monitor-CGF73 (1080p gaming would be enough for me. My main activities will be web development and machine learning in future)

Also any comment on the build components would be helpful:)

I think you've got a great component list there. Shame about the non-K CPU, but I assume that was a budget limitation(?). Even still. Looks great.

If you're not a fan of RGB, why did you choose RGB RAM? 2x8GB DDR4-3000 non-RGB RAM costs $75 in the USA. I would also recommend not going with RAM that has tall heatsinks like the Trident Z stuff. This commonly interferes with tower-style heatsinks. Something like this Crucial Ballistix 2x8GB DDR4-3000 CAS15 kit for $90 would be an example. I'd have to dig around a little for those $75 deals.

Speaking of heatsinks, Cryorig H7 = $38 is worth the extra $8 over a Hyper 212. The 140mm Cryorig H5 Ultimate for $53 would be a step up from that (this will be my next CPU cooler when I upgrade in November)

Looks like you've got about $100 budgeted for the case. Both the Spec-06 and MB511 are good choices.
Some other cases to look into:
Fractal Design Define C TG
Phanteks Eclipse P400

Thanks for your response.

For the CPU, Yes the non-k cpu choice was due to the budget limitations. The unlocked chip costs more and will definitely require big coolers.

For the RAM, In my region, only the RGB sticks are available for G.skill Trident. Also, i am limited with G.skill, corsair and ADATA memories. I can find some of the Crucial sticks but they're a bit rare. The clearance issue is an important thing to consider. Will a corsair lpx 2x8GB be a good choice?? Seeing on the dimensions, the height is only 31mm when compared to the 44mm G.skill one.

Coming to the CPU cooler, The H7 would be the best choice in the market but unfortunately cryorig is not available in my country. Is the hyper 212 turbo bad for 8700? Could you give any other suggestions? Can the below coolers perform better?
Deepcool Neptwin V2/Deepcool Assassin II Twin tower

Speaking about the case, all the 3 cases (spec-03, Fractal design C TG, P400) except the MB511 have closed front panel design. Will that impact the airflow? also i have an eye on the cooler master k500 case. Look wise i really like the spec-06 and your p400 cases. But im afraid about their thermal performance.
