Hi everybody, i have a question realted to my current build:

Fx 8350
Stock Cooler
Asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0
Aerocool 700w PSU
8gb RAM
Nvidia gtx 1060
Ritoro cr1080 case.

So i just picked up the fx 8350 from my old house, and my plan is to use it for daily use, and bit of gaming ( like rocket league or fortnite). So i just got a ritoro cr1080 case and i love it so far. But the stock cooler is so noisy that its killing me. The CPU cooler limitation on this case (about 120 mm) and the asrock mobo limitation of cooling the vrm's with top down cooler it is making choosing a cooler painfull.
First i decide to go with noctua nh c14s in low profile mode, but it would be almost touching the side panel, then i thought about watercooling with an all in one kit and thought about the thermaltake water 3.0 performer c.

I dont really know what to do, as i am an amateur. I want a cooler with a decent noise level, and cheap as possible.

My limit is 80€ since im from europe and looking to buy it from amazon, since i am prime and have free shipment.

Thanks, and happy holidays.

It's good you are thinking about the Vrm's.
I don't know anything about that cooler you are looking @ but depending on the pump head you could possibly do what i first done on a gigabyte 970 sli with an 8350.

At trip to the hardware store for:
Longer bolt, washer, and nut.
A 2-3 inch corner bracket cut down on 1 side with a new hole drilled.
Doing that where it attaches to the rear exhaust fan doesn't block any airflow.
See the attached pics.

Doing this and adding a fan to that bracket blows directly on the vrm's.
