[SOLVED] Cooling for ryzen 9 3900x

i'm looking to get a cooler for my ryzen 9 3900x cuz the stock cooler isn't that great.. i was thinking of getting the Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L. i'm willing to spend around 70 euro on the cooler. Air or water cooling is fine by me. If you guys got a better suggestions please let me know Thanks in advance!
