Copy and paste not working from mouse

Hello,

Can someone please help me? I am using Window Vista and for some reason my right click on my mouse doesn't work for copying pictures. When I right click, the window options menu comes up with "Open link, Open link in New tab,....Save Picture as, E-Mail picture as...." but I can't click any of the tabs! This is driving me crazy. Even though it shows me the tabs it's not allowing to click them even though their dark black and not gray. Please help!

floreshm, hi. Have you run System File Checker (sfc /scannow from an elevated prompt)? Cheers...gwb56
