Question Core temp over 85c (help fast please)

Right so i been using this pc for 3 months i think and i'm getting worried because sometimes the pc start freezing and i cant do anything

Spec :
ASRock FM2A68M-DG3+
MSI NVIDIA GTX 750 1 GB
AMD A8-7650K Black Edition (i overclock it to 3,9 ghz i think)
Corsair VS550 Power Supply
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600 mhz
HDD 1TB

No additional fan

what getting me worried so much is that in HWINFO64 my CPU(Tctl) is around 40 to 30c but my CPU Package is at 100 to 80 c which is a huge leap. I ran several CPU temp reader like Core Temp(CPU Temp 40 - 20c , AIDA 64 (CPU Temp 90 - 60c ) and found different outcome. Can anyone help and tell me if this is a huge problem or actually just normal?

Can you post a screenshot of the individual CPU core temperatures lower down?
Can you also post a screenshot of the PSU voltages (12V, 3.3V, and 5V rails)

Remove the Overclock - should bring temperatures to NORMAL
Its hot because you overclocked it and didn't give it better cooling.

i tried once and it still give me the same result CPU(tctl) is at 40 - 20c and CPU Package is at 95 - 60c , but thanks for the suggestion

No, use HWInfo like you were before, there will be section below the CPU that shows Core#0 and Core#1 temp for example.

Then another section will show a series of voltages including the 12V and the 5V. All in HWInfo
