Question Corrupted M.2 SSD

i bought a m.2 ssd from kingspec used it for almost 3 month's and then it hit me with blue screen of death try restarting it nothing worked tried to format or even fix it crash all the time, ""the request could not be performed because of an io device error"" that is one of the errors I don't care about the files i don't want my money to go to waste ,if u have a soliton feel free to help ty
