[SOLVED] Corsair AF140 Quiet edition vs High Airflow edition

Hey,

Bought new case and need cheap, led / rgb fans. Found AF140 Corsairs as a best "cheap" choice.

1) Is there any difference between AF140 "High airflow" and AF140 "Quiet" series? Prices are similar, specs are the same, so as the max noise level... Looks like no difference at first view?
Or maybe they are the same fan?

2) Any other suggestions about nice 14cm fans with light? I do not have mobo/case rgb controller.

Max budget about 40-50 EUR for 3 fans.
