Hello, I just switched over to my first intel cpu, a i7 6700k. While installing the corsair h100i backplate onto my Asus Strix Z270F mobo I noticed that it was pretty dang loose, so i read up on adding washers to it, So I added some rubber washers ( the rubber washers from a NZXT HDD bracket) and its now nice & snug. But now i've also read that the backplate is supposed to be loose on LG115X mobo's until you secure the cooler in, and that the thermal paste spreads better without the washers. So my question is, is having rubber washers to secure the backplate in okay to have?

Thanks!
