Corsair K70 LUX keyboard typing randomly

Hi, got a new K70 Lux Keyoard (brown switches) about 2 days ago. Suddenly, whenever I turn on the red backlight, the letter V (and sometimes "/") will start typing. If I increase the brightness of the backlight it starts typing quicker and quicker, like I was holding down the key.
I've taken both the keycaps off and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with them physically. It works perfectly when I have the backlight off.
No idea what could be causing this so if anyones seen this kind of problem before or has any advice that would be great.

I would pin the issue to manufacturer defect. You should document the issue and have it as an attachment in an email to seller and/or Corsair. They should initiate an RMA instantly after you've provided them with evidence.

Thank you for this! I've been having some issues. Found this and turned my backlight off. No more auto-typing. However it kept working even after turning my backlight on. So much thank you!
