Hi there,

I'm looking to confirm radiator compatibility with the Corsair Spec Omega RGB. According to Corsair's website, it can accommodate a 240mm AIO on the top. I've watched a few review videos, and the answers seems to differ. One video in particular mentioned that there would not be enough clearance between the top of the case and the motherboard heatshink.

Can anyone verify if the case can indeed accommodate a 240mm at the top?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The motherboard's VRM area/heatsink as well as the height of your rams will play a part in radiator compatibility. That being said, I'd mount any AIO to the front to draw in cooler ambient air.

Hi there Lutfij,

I appreciate your response to my post. That does make sense.

Hypothetically speaking, if lets say I won't be able to mount the 240 AIO on the top due to clearance issues, I'd go for a 360 for the front. However, the corsair ones are super expensive. Would I be able to source a cheaper, different brand 360 AIO and replace those fans that come with that brand with corsair fans that I already have?
