Corsair TX750 readings

Hey all,

Just built a new rig and have been getting mad crazy artifacting with both a 5850 and 5870. I just sent the 5870 back thinking it was yet another bad card. However, and how I missed this I'm still trying to figure out. But I just noticed the 5 and 12v settings running REALLY low. I even fired up the Crysis demo in the background to make sure something was taxing the system.

Is this the cause of my artifacting? The PSU is only maybe 1 month old and these issues were happening from day one. I don't have any sort of CoolNQuiet or Greenpower stuff enabled either.

Specs:

MSI 790FX-GD70
PhenomII 965
4GB XMS3 @ 1333
MSI R5870 (temps= 50's max when playing; all 10.XX Cats)
750w Corsair
Win7 64
25/15 Fiber
Nothing overclocked

Software voltage readings
At .44 on the 12v you wouldn't be given the chance to open the program.

Speedfan is showing the exact same readings. Shouldn't they at least be kinda sorta CLOSE?

Speedfan is another software voltage reading.
If you were only getting .44 volts you wouldn't be able to start your machine.
You need a digital multimeter to check the voltages.
