I am about to build a kinda powerful desktop PC and I need an advise how to pick a memory for the ASUS Prime X299-Deluxe II motherboard (LGA2066, Intel Core X-Series). Since I decided to go with Intel i9-9900X processor, and I am against liquid cooling, I need an excellent air cooler for my CPU. At this point, the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 cooler is my 1st choice. That limits my selection of memory modules to be forced to use low profile ones.

I have the following two candidates:
Right now there is a price difference of ~ $66 (+tax). While the cheaper is C16 at 3200MHz, the other one is C18 at 3600MHz. I have calculated the exact RAM speed and for both modules I got a response time of 10 nanoseconds.

So my question is, what is a REAL advantage of buying more expensive C18 / 3600 MHz memory modules? What are pros and cons of each option? What would you chose?
