Question Corsair VS550 compatibility

will a Corsair VS550 fit my Gigabyte Ga F2A88X-D3H Mbd. seems that My OLD lpine has one 24 pin power plug, and one 6 pin connector and a 4 pin Square connector. the Corsair (working freebie) seems to have a 24pin (same wiring) 8pin marked cpu, and a cable with two6 pin, plus two "floating". any one know if thi is ok??
