It was suggested to me I separate some of my questions since, this one may be a bit more specific and would warrant a new question.

It could help someone else in the future with a similar problem. I looked through the cosmos ownership thread, but there's a lot of custom cases and custom water cooling that is currently beyond my abilities. I'd prefer to stick to regular fan cooling...I think...well, let me know guys! I appreciate any help.

I recently purchased parts to build a new PC. You can see my thread here. While waiting on the remainder of parts, I have time to get myself some new fans for that big thing. (I really did not realize how massive it is...my wife hates it,..).

Manual is here to help out with some schematics and information. From what I can gather, it supports the following fan options.

TOP: 1x 200mm , 2x 140mm or 3x 120mm. (Exhaust)
FRONT: 1x 200mm, 1x 140mm, 1x 120mm. (Intake)
HDD: 3x 120mm (Intake)
GPU: 2x 120mm (Intake)
REAR: 1x 140mm (Exhaust)

I don't know which to get size wise, nor which to get for maximum cooling and sexy stuff. Thank you guys. :)
 
Solution
First of all, which I'm sure you already know, make sure to connect those Jetflow fans via PWM header, not with the 4 pin molex adapters they likely come with. The system will sound like a 747 if you use those.

I would probably leave the front 200mm fan, I have the same fan in my Storm Enforcer and it's not only quiet but it flows a LOT of air when it ramps up, without getting terribly loud, at least until full load. All fans are noisy at full load though, regardless what anybody says.

I'd probably use three of the Jet Flo fans in the top three exhaust locations and two of them on the side panel locations.

Maybe use one of these below on the rear exhaust location (Ditch the included rear 140mm fan and maybe use it in the HAF case...
I feel like that would require you to put your own time into this and I can't as you for that. As it is you've taken a lot of time out to help me with all of my questions. I really apprciate it all.
 
Naw, it's what I do. I like to help other people get their rigs squared away or built. That's why ALL come here, as a community. It's not a problem. I'd go something like this (Click the arrows in lower right corner to expand):

You're awesome, thank you so much. I followed your diagram and did ALMOST that set up, but I had to also utilize the expansion card, since I don't have the PWM splitters yet (although the Noctua cooler came with one for the fans (that thing is MASSIVE too!). Still updating everything, will post some pics in a little bit 😀
 
Here's what it looks like right now. I didn't have the funds for the cards I wanted, so I'm using my old 780Gtx. Hopefully in a few months I can upgrade and give this one to my brother.

Also the NXZT fans I have on the bottoms are just temporary until I get 5 more JetFlo (2 Bottom HDD, 1 Mid HDD and 2 Door) and until the splitters come in because I'm out of fan connectors on the mobo.

Thank you :). It's still missing parts. Maybe eventually I'll switch to liquid cooking for cpu. I overclocked it with Asus UEFI it's at about 4050Mhz. Up from 3500. It's doing ok cores get to about 44-46 under load. That seems ok. Still missing three fans too, tho I don't think they'll make much difference for the cpu.
 
Awesome! Good to know. In thats case I think the intake fans on the side will help a lot, but don't think I need the hdd fans right now. I don't know if they help any at all. The SSD has its own fan in the bracket and it's getting flow from the front fan. So maybe I won't change out the bottom cage fans yet.
And what's TFF? I'll have to Look at that. I'm new to over clocking
Also, what i meant by load is playing Far Cry 4 on max for an hour with the case closed. :))..
 
FFT's means Fast Fourier transform as explained here:

In Prime 95 you can optionally choose to run small FFT, large FFT or Blend mode. Small FFT is generally the stress test of choice for CPU's as it mainly stresses the CPU without much memory use. For memory stability testing you can run Memtest86.

These are all the utilities I generally use for stress testing stability, temperature and for monitoring sensors.
 
Ok cool, tyvm. I have used COreTemp in the past, I used it again after overclocking the cpu, and for some reason the entire system became unbalanced when I started core temp. I haven't used it after that. I'll try doing the tests you suggested when i can. 😀 Thank you.
 
Some utilities just cause instability with one system and not another. Probably due to specific sensors or buggy code. My current system for example, hates HWinfo, and will work fine one time and crash the system the next. Core temp runs fine on it as does HWmonitor, although the sensor readings in HWmonitor are more often than not incorrect. I don't think anybody knows what the hell they are doing half the time. And by that, I mean the folks that write the code that powers all this crap. And other times, I think they're flippin' geniuses. Go figure.
