Could I game on three monitors but one is a different resolution?

I have an Asus monitor and an old Dell monitor. The Asus' resolution is 1600 x 900. The Dell is 1280 x 1024. If I got another Dell, could I make the three monitors act like one 4160 x 900 screen? I know there will be black bars, but it's forgivable. Another thing: Would it be okay to occasionally unplug the Asus from the PC and plug it into a Switch but still use the PC with the other two monitors simultaneously? Or would that cause too many problems? I'm using a GeForce GTX 1060 3gb from MSI and an i5-8400 with 8 gigs of ram. from left to right, the monitors would be Dell, Asus, Dell.

I am sure you can do it with AMD drivers, but I don't know Nvidia ones well enough.
Eyefinity allows you to do all weird things with multiple monitors.
