Question Couldn't connect from any device to the WIFI

Hi there,

I work for a company and we have Internet access 100/100MB

When Using LAN cable works fine with no additional setting.

When we try to connect to the WIFI, most of the time we won't be able to see the WIFI network in the list, and if we do manage to see we can't connect. We have 2.4ghz and 5ghz. Both of them don't work.

I logged in to the admin, I have some understanding and background in tech/it stuff and all the functions are working well and WIFI is enabled.

Any suggestion on how to start troubleshooting that?

did you have the compagny permission to use the wi-fi you have to check with the teck service no one could help you on this except them .
