CPU Always @ 100%

Solution
Hmmm, that's very strange. Should rule out unruly software anyway

Not sure what to tell you at this point. If it were me, I'd jump right to a clean OS install.

Windows 10
I7-4770
gtx 1080ti

Can't quite make out the pic details, but if I'm squinting well enough.

Pic #1
Chrome (6 tabs?) = 27%
Task Manager = 21%
MSI Afterburner = 20+%

Pic #2
Performance Monitor = 23%
Task Manager = 21%
MSI Afterburner = 20+%

Yeah, something is wrong there. Task Manager, nor Afterburner should be using anywhere close to 20% of a 4770's resources.

I'd remove Afterburner etc, temporarily. Have you ran Virus/Malware scans?

It would be helpful to see a single monitor screenshot of Task Manager, as before.

FWIW, I wouldn't trust "Malware Fighter" much at all. While I don't believe it's been exhaustively tested, even the relative basic testing/scoring I can find place it as a pretty mediocre product.

I would run Malwarebytes as a starting point:

*EDIT*
At idle, task manager is using >50% itself? Something is really, really wrong there.
Reboot into SafeMode. What do resources look like then?

okay well someone else has my usb with windows 10 on it. Is my pc okay to like play games and do stuff for the time being. Or is there a way i can do it without the usb drive?

There probably another/easier way, but personally, when in doubt I opt to clean install.

If you still have access to any 4GB+ USB drive, you can create new bootable media (and it'll be the most up to date)

As for "okay", it depends. If your CPU is already pegged at 100% before launching a game, I can't imagine it'll be an overly enjoyable experience in game?

Also, depending on the cause (ie if its a virus/malware), then I wouldn't look to do a whole bunch with it in the meantime.

Yeah, you wiped that drive too

Just right click on it (the 931GB partition), initialize (or format) and you should be fine.

The 541MB on the left can be reused, but it's a bit more of a hassle as you need to move it to the end (which you cannot do in Disk Management) and extend the partition over. Given it's *only* 541MB, I would just forget about it.
