Question cpu and gpu bottleneck

hello i have a 1060 6gb and a ryzen 5 2400g but i only play cs:go at around 80 - 100 fps, so i downloaded msi afterburner and then i noticed that my cpu and gpu were at 50% usage each at gaming. i looked up online and people were saying that the gpu should be at around 100% and the cpu should be way lower then that can anyone please tell me how to fix it.

ryzen 5 2400g
1060 6gb
thermaltake 400w 80 plus of power supply
8gb ddr4 of ram
windows 10 home 64bit
AMD A320 Chipset Motherboard
AMD wrath cooler

i get around 50 degrees while playing cs:go

also update my gpu is now at 30% and cpu at 45% most of the time
