Hi everyone.

I would like to upgrade my pc but don't know which decision is better.

For the moment i have:
CPU: i7 3770 (not k version)
Motherboard is an Asus H61MK

GPU is a GTX 970 zotac, this one

Since i had being seeing a lot videos about how the Ryzen 5 3600 is really good i have being thinking to upgrade.

This is what i can afford where i live (for the moment i can just choose one upgrade)

Change my GTX 970 to a Nvidia GTX 1650 - for $250

Or

Change my motherboard (since i will need a new socket) to a A320M-A PRO MAX

And my i7 3770 to a Ryzen 5 3600

Both for $360

I would like to upgrade because i want to improve my performance in games (for example to play in a good performance rate cyberpunk 2077) , graphic design and video editing.

I would love if you can help me to choosing the right upgrade.

Solution
Let me put it this way, up to 1008p resolution, CPU is of more importance, 1440p and up GPU comes more into play.
PS.
A320 MB and R5 3600 are poor combination, any b450 MB would be way better, last longer, let CPU run faster and give you opportunity to OC.

Agree with both comments. And since OP mentioned they’d be doing some video editing, the 3600 would be a better choice for better productivity overall. Or to be clear, even a first gen ryzen 7 1700 would be better at productivity compared to the 3770.

Not sure how that 3770 would handle Cyberpunk, to be honest
