Will the Hyper TX3 fit in my build? Here's my mobo: GA-F2A85X-D3H. Here's my ram Crucial Ballistix 2GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model BLE2G3D1869DE1TX0. Here's my case...CS368RB :/

BTW, here's my gpu 6670 I'm using an a10-5800k with it, and it gets kinda hot. If the tx3 fits, will it do the job. I won't do much overclocking, if any.

The memory modules have to be less than 36.4 mm. in height , yours are 30.48 mm , so yes the TX3 will fit.

Yes it will help your cooling , it's a decent unit.
