Question CPU Cooler keeps making this noise

Started happening since I got a new cooler installed recently, happens more often when playing CPU intensive games, people who installed it says it's caused by fan spinning fast but it occasionally happens even when the air nosie of the fan is quiet, anyone know what I could do about this?

did youu check the temperature while gaming? try to use hwinfo

Yep, using MSI Afterburner, playing Gwent (known to be pretty poorly optimised) locked at 60fps, temps stay around 50 but the noise is still there occasionally. Same goes for Minecraft (not sure about the temps) as well even after putting some restrictions on it, anything that is more demanding on a CPU causes it to happen
