Just bought a new motherboard to replace my aging ECS, thought it would be a good idea to replace my cpu cooler. thought i would replace my stock fan with this:

just wondering if it would be suitable for a 5200 dual core processor, it states its for am2, but its an old fan, any advice would be appriciated.
