Hey, I have a problem with constant solid white led of CPU EZ DEBUGING. I have just made an upgrade of my pc setup.

New configuration:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5700x3d (brand new)
MoBo- MSI B550 A-PRO (bought used)
RAM - Kingston FURY Beast 3600MHz DDR4 2x16 GB (brand new)
PSU - Aigo GP750 750W 80+Bronze (brand new)
GPU - Asus AMD Radeon Rog Strix RX570 8GB (used by myself earlier)

After completing the build I am stuck upon white cpu ez debug led. I think I’ve tried everything.
I have updated the bios to newest version, then older that supports my cpu and then again to the newest version, none of these works, I have also tried to reset CMOS by both putting out the battery and connecting CMOS reset pins. What else I can do? And what is the most possible element that fails?

MoBo- MSI B550 A-PRO (bought used)
Most likely dead MoBo.

Since you bought it used, there is 0 warranty and you have to fork out more money for MoBo replacement. Either that, or CPU is dead. But CPU has warranty and you can RMA it.
I'd still look for new MoBo.

PSU - Aigo GP750 750W 80+Bronze (brand new)
Crap quality PSU.

Why?
1. No official specs that i could find. If you can find official specs, link it.
2. "Aigo" seems to be only the model name. Did find that the brand should be "DarkFlash". Also, 0 info about that brand.
3. Did find one non-English review, in Vietnamese,
link: https://www.f14lab.org/2023/12/review-aigo-gp750-750w.html
OEM: GuangHaiDianZi.
PSU fails +3.3V transient response time, +3.3V also fails ripple test and PSU has less hold-up time than ATX standard specifies it to be.
No reputable reviews of the PSU.
4. 80+ Bronze PSU with 3 year warranty in today's date and time is bad buy no matter how you look at it. If you want good buy, then look 10 year warranty PSU with 80+ Gold efficiency. Though, not all 80+ Gold PSUs are good, but chances that you get a crap quality 10 year warranty PSU are far smaller than with 80+ Bronze 3 year warranty PSU.
With 10 year warranty PSU, you can't go wrong with Seasonic, Corsair and Super Flower, since all their 10 year warranty (or 12 year warranty) PSUs are good.

That being said, it could be that your crap quality PSU is what killed your MoBo or CPU, given that the MoBo did work before.
