Question CPU EZ Debug light no post

My PC will not post, no connection to mouse or keyboard so i cant try to get in to bios. No picture on my screen either. I hear 1 short beep when i power up my build. Ive tried everything from checking standoffs, to reseating the cpu, pushing the cmos button on the back port of the motherboard, even using the cmos cap on the JBat1 pins. I tried 1 ram and 2 ram in both the 2nd slot and 4th slot. please help. I was told i needed to update bios however i cant even get the computer to post to be able to flash usb unless im doing it wrong. All fans spin (Gpu and case fans), my cpu cooler screen turns on. Every part is new except the motherboard so im not sure if it is dead or if its just in the wrong settings as it looks brand new.

Msi x370 XPower Gaming Titanium
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16Gb kit
Msi GeForce GTX 960 DirectX 12 2Gb oc
AMD A-Series Processor (From Boot Kit) (I have a brand new ryzen 5 2600x as well)
EVGA 750 B3 Power supply
Kracken x42 CPU Cooler
WD 1 TB hard drive

When A-Series installed, try removing the graphics card and connecting the monitor to the motherboard. Are you using a tv, or monitor? What video cable?

Im using a tv since my monitor doesn’t have hdmi, otherwise I’d use a DVH cable

That might be the issue. Try borrowing a monitor and testing.

I could try but would that explain why the cpu light is on and no power to keyboard and mouse? I understand the no picture part.

No, it doesn't. Any beeps if starting the board with RAMs removed?
