Question CPU Fan spinning problem

Hey guys. I spent 4 hours looking for reason why my CPU fan is not spinning.

I got my computer for almost 2 years now and everything was fine, but now I got problem with CPU Fan.

I have B550 Gaming X Gigabyte Motherboard and Arctic Esport 34 cooler. I have updated motherboard to the newest bios F15c and also tried to reset bios, but it didnt work.
After few hours I discovered, that if my fan is going on 80%+ speed, it just stops. Like it doesnt go faster it only stops. So I can put it on maximum of 75% speed but not higher.
I tried other ports on mother board such as CPU-OPT and System fans... same problem..

Do you guys have any idea whats wrong? Thank you.

I have updated motherboard to the newest bios
Can you please state the BIOS version?

You might want to take the fan(just the culprit fan) and use it on a donor system and verify if the fan is the one that's failing.

Its the F15c bios version.
