[SOLVED] CPU fan stops for a second then starts spinning again

Its a stock FX 6300 cooler checked the cable, doesnt seem like losing connection, cleaned it throughly, I don't know what could it be at this point, it works normally for seven days then returns for some reason. Any ideas? Motherboard being faulty?

Check in BIOS CPU_Fan maybe set to too low starting temperature or voltage.
