I recently got an antec a30 cpu cooler for my system (which previously could get to 100°c due to bad cooler). for some reason the fan won't start spinning until I open the case and move it myself, and only after that it spins regularly (if I stop it after it was running, it will stop again until being pushed).
Whould rather check for opinions before dismantling it and going back to the store, any ideas?
System components:
Windows 7 ultimate pro
Intel core i5 2400 3.1 GHz
gigabyte motherboard ga-h61m-d2p-b3
8gb ddr3 ram
Radeon hd 7770 OC edition
Previous cpu cooler was from deep cool (don't actually know this brand) and it resembled Intel stick cooler
